Well this is how it all goes down. Now that you are here, you should see this little icon:
Click it! :3
It should be above "views"
Just click it, put a subject title and type away in the bigger box. This is how it goes:

To reply to an already exsisting thread, you can just go ahead and type in these quick response boxes. They look like this:
And they are usually above the Chat Box(Cbox) and below the most recent post in the thread.
This is how you start new threads for all over, alrighty? ^^ Good! If you still need assistance, ask anyone else.
